The Village at Newbury Park
The political climate for this project was extremely negative. To proceed, the project needed entitlements through an annexation and a General Plan Amendment. The Haaland Group found a way to bring the developer and the community together, resulting in a plan where not a single homeowner spoke in opposition - a powerful testament to The Haaland Group’s ability to dissolve friction between various groups and unite opposing interests.
